Scott currently is the project coordinator for APIOPA. He formerly organized the Health Justice Network, a coalition of Southern Californian API health organizations at the Asian Pacific American Legal Center (APALC). Outside of work, Mr. Chan is the Board Treasurer for the Asian Pacific Policy and Planning Council (A3PCON), and is also a consultant for Asian and Pacific Islanders California Action Network (APIsCAN). A master’s degree candidate at California State University, Northridge, Mr. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
